TO SHALLOW FRY

Fry in 1 tsp oil over low-moderate heat for 4 – 7 minutes, turning frequently. 

TO BAKE:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 6 – 8 minutes, turning once.
