TO SHALLOW FRY:
Fry in 1 tsp oil over low-moderate heat for 5 – 7 minutes, turning frequently.
TO BAKE:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (160°C fan forced). Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 8 – 10 minutes, turning once.
