To Shallow Fry: Fry in 1 tsp oil over low-moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turn frequently.
To Oven Bake: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
