Heat a medium frying pan with 1 tsp of oil and add Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips. Cook for 6 – 7 minutes. Add water chestnuts, hoisin and rice wine vinegar and cook for another minute. Reserve.

1 can (225g) water chestnuts, sliced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
150g vermicelli rice noodles
8 baby cos lettuce leaves
4 (100g) spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp fried shallots
1 tbsp fresh chilli for garnish
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, cut in half and reserve.
Arrange lettuce on plates. Top with rice noodles, Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips mixture, spring onion, fried shallots and chilli.
