2 packs Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips
4 bagels
20g shallots
20g watercress
40g grated carrots
40g walnuts
20g pickles
125g greek yogurt
20g wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley

Preparation

Prepare the Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips according to the instructions on the packaging.

In order to make the sauce: chop the parsley and pickles very finely. Mix mustard and greek yogurt to taste.

Chop the walnuts and cut the shallot into slices.
Cut the bagel in half and spread the sauce over the two halves.
Spread the walnuts on the base of the bagel.

Top with the carrot, watercress, the Chargrilled Strips and the shallots.
Cover with the other half of the bagel. TIP: You can replace the watercress for with rocket leaves if you prefer!
