Ingredients

2 packs Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips
1/2cup (140g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 pickle, chopped finely
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
4 bagels, halved
2 spring onions, sliced thinly
1/3 cup (35g) walnuts, chopped finely
1 small (70g) carrot, grated
20g watercress
1/4 red onion (25g), sliced thinly

Preparation

Prepare the Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips according to the instructions on the packaging.

To make yogurt dressing: in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, pickles, and mustard; mix well. Divide evenly amongst bagel bases.

In a small bowl, combine walnuts and shallot; sprinkle evenly, amongst bagels over the yogurt dressing.

Top with carrot, watercress, Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips and red onion.
Cover with the other half of the bagel. TIP: You can replace the watercress for with rocket leaves if you prefer!
