Remove leaves from the cauliflower chop coarsely, set aside. Cut cauliflower into florets, place in a food processor and pules till resembles rice.
Chargrilled Strips Stir-fry with Cauliflower Rice
Heat in a large frypan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 of garlic, ginger and leek cook for 1min whilst stirring.
Add cauliflower cook for 3-5mins or until tender, set aside till needed.
Heat large frypan over medium- high heat, add 1 tbsp oil along with ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum, beans (optional), chilli and Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled cook for 3-5min.
Add cauliflower leaves, hoisin sauce, soya sauce cooking for a further 1-2 min, till leaves are wilted.
Add stir fry to the cauliflower rice, top with toasted cashew nuts. Enjoy!
