Prepare the Veggie Balls according to the instructions on the back of pack, cool set aside till needed.
1 (200g) Harvest Gourmet Veggie Balls
1 (150g) small red capsicum, cubed into 3cm pieces
1 (150g) small yellow capsicum, cubed into 3cm pieces
1 (250g) punnet cherry tomatoes
1 (250g) small bunch of grapes
1/4 (370g) rockmelon, deseeded, peeled, chopped thickly
1(130g)` small cucumber sliced thickly
Thread the skewers alternately with the vegetables with 2-3 Veggie balls per skewer.
Serve with a side grapes and rock melon, Enjoy!
