Prepare the Veggie Balls according to the instructions on the package and let them cool.
1 pack Harvest Gourmet Veggie Balls
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Small bunch of grapes
2 slices rockmelon
1/2 cucumber (thick, slices)
Cut the fruit and vegetables into cubes or use a melon scoop to spoon balls out of them. Thread the vegetables and fruit onto the skewers alternately with the Veggie Balls. Enjoy!
