Ingredients

1 packet Harvest Gourmet Classic Falafel
2 pita breads
60g grated carrot
80g mixed lettuce leaves
300g diced mixed vegetables (capsicum, beans, broccoli)
80g couscous
8 tbs fresh mint
4 tbs sour cream
2 tbs sweet chili sauce
2 tsp oil
1 lemon, juiced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (160 ° C for fan ovens). Fry the vegetables for the couscous according to the packaging instructions.

Place the falafel on a baking sheet and heat for 8-10 minutes, and place the pita bread in the oven for the last 3-4 minutes.

Steam the couscous in 120ml of boiling water in a covered bowl for 5 minutes, then add olive oil and stir in the lemon juice. Add the oven-baked vegetables.

Distribute all the ingredients in your bread! Add salad and carrots to the bottom, as well as sour cream and sweet chili sauce. Half the falafel and place on top.

Serve with the side salads, garnish with mint and enjoy!
