Heat half the oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat; cook HARVEST GOURMET Mince Balls according to directions on pack. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Using same heated pan, add remaining oil, onion, capsicum and garlic to the pan; cook for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, maple syrup, paprika, cumin, and chilli powder, if using. Stir to combine; simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add chickpeas and olives. Stir to combine. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Add a little extra water if tomato mixture is thickening too much. Season to taste. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
