  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Mince
  • 1 pkt Maggi Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 400g can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 125g can corn kernels, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped coarsely
  • 1 pack of taco shells (12 pieces)
  • 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced thinly
  • 1 jar of store-brought tomato salsa
  • 125 ml sour cream

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat, cook HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Mince, add Maggi Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base during frying. Stir in cherry tomatoes, beans and corn and coriander; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, warm taco shells as per directions on pack. Fill taco shells with some iceberg lettuce. Spoon some of the mince mixture top.
  • Serve the tacos with salsa and sour cream.

Tip - Serve with a side of guacamole, if desired.
