Sensational™ Mince Balls

125g mozzarella cheese
2 packets Harvest Gourmet Sensational Mince
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp liquid gravy or stock
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp honey
1/2 bunch of chives, chopped finely

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC/180°C fan forced. Grease and line a small oven tray.

Cut the cheese into cubes of approximately 1.5cm. Divide the HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Mince into 20 pieces and press a cube of cheese into each piece of mince. Shape it around the cheese into a ball.

Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium to low heat; cook the balls until lightly browned. Transfer to prepared oven tray and bake for a further 5 minutes. Do not clean pan, use in step 4.

Using the same pan; add gravy, mustard and honey; stir well, if necessary add some water and bring to the boil.

Return balls to the pan; spoon them through the glaze until it gets sticky; transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with chives.
