Peel and finely chop an onion and garlic. Finely chop 2 tablespoons each of fresh parsley and coriander (save the rest for garnish). Mix everything together with turmeric, cumin and ground coriander and the sensational™ mince. Shape the Harvest Gourmet Sensational™ Mince around the skewers.
Thinly cut the red cabbage and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Halve the pomegranate and knock out the seeds with a spoon. Heat a pan, drizzle the skewered mince with a little oil and grill for about 8 minutes until they are brown and tender. Add lettuce, red cabbage, onion and pomegranate seeds to the bread.
Finely grate half a cucumber and squeeze out the moisture. Mix with 4 large tablespoons of yoghurt with a finely chopped clove of garlic and drizzle in the wrap. Fold up your wrap and enjoy!
