1 pack Harvest Gourmet Sensational Burger
1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion, sliced thinly
2 slices (blue) cheese or vegan cheese alternative
1 corn on the cob, trimmed (250g), halved
2 seeded burger buns
large handful (approx. 60g) iceberg lettuce, shredded thinly
1 medium (150g) vine-ripened tomato, sliced thinly

Cook Harvest Gourmet Sensational Burger according to the pack instructions - making sure they're piping hot throughout.

While the burgers are cooking, heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onions until caramelized (about 5-10 minutes over a low heat).

Just before the end of the burger cooking time place a cheese slice on top of each and allow the remaining heat to melt the cheese.

Place the corn on the cob in a pan of simmering water for 5-8 minutes, drain.

Heat a griddle pan or frying pan to very hot, spray a little bit of oil onto the corn and char for a minute and turn frequently.

Stack the burgers; cut burger buns in half. Place base of buns onto serving plates, top with lettuce, and tomato. Place the cheesy burger on top and add the crispy onions. Sandwich with the other half of burger bun. Serve with the charred corn.
