125g Gouda cheese or another cheese that melts easy
1 x 200g HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Mince
150-175g dry spaghetti
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a small oven tray.
Heat half the oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook 2-3 minutes or until fragrant, add tomatoes, simmer, uncovered, over low heat for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Cut cheese into cubes of approximately 1.5 cm. Divide the HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Mince into 20 pieces and press a cube of cheese into each piece of mince. Shape it around the cheese into a ball.
Cook the spaghetti according to directions on pack.
In the meantime, heat remaining oil in a medium frypan over low-medium heat; cook the balls until lightly browned, transfer to prepared oven tray and bake for a further 5 minutes. Add the balls to sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
